With a fully accredited 250-bed public teaching hospital and co-located private facility, located in a beautiful bushland setting, the Calvary campus has been identified by the Territory Government as the site for additional expansion of acute services for the north side of Canberra. 

The role of Director of Nursing and Midwifery services will not only lead the Nursing and Midwifery service and be a key Executive appointment but will also be integral in the redevelopment of the site to meet the increasing demands within the territory.

To be considered for appointment to this significant leadership position you will be able to demonstrate:
• Exemplary leadership of clinical issues with a nursing and midwifery service
• Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in the management of workforce and financial services
• The capacity to build effective teams and develop a professional workforce
• A commitment to the Mission and Values of the Little Company of Mary Health Care
