Management Advisers (Cambodia)
Head to Cambodia to support one of three hospitals that provide essential primary health services to provincial and rural communities. Your experience in management and human resources will help ensure ongoing sustainability.
Australian Red Cross is working with three public hospitals in Bantay Meanchey Province in Cambodia. Thmar Puok Hospital supports a mostly rural farming population; Mongkul Borei is the largest hospital in the province with 240 beds; and Poi Pet Referral Hospital is located on the Cambodia/Thailand border and services mainly migrant workers.
Senior staff at each of these hospitals have requested Australian volunteers with experience in health service management to support them in strengthening HR and management systems, report writing and liaising with external partners.
These are volunteer assignments for 9-12 months with living allowances and other costs covered by the Australian Volunteers for International Development program, an Australian Government-AusAID initiative.
