The Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association (AHHA) is seeking an experienced Policy and Networks Director. The AHHA is the national industry body representing the public healthcare sector.

Your role will be pivotal in this influential and dynamic organisation. You will manage the Association’s policy development program, and maintain and develop the Association’s Special Interest Networks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have high-level:

• interpersonal, communications and writing skills;
• understanding of the processes of government;
• competencies to undertake research; and
• organisational abilities to initiate and manage projects within tight deadlines.

You will also need to be flexible and have the ability to manage competing priorities within a small team environment. Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential, and knowledge of the Australian health industry is highly desirable.

A salary will be negotiated to attract a quality applicant.
