The Department of Health and Human Services Tasmania  is seeking a Program Director to  lead the operational management of the state-wide TasEquip program. The aim of the program is to provide quality, uniform, and cost effective provision of equipment and assistive technology service across the state.

In this role you will

• Work collaboratively with the recently established Tasmanian Health Organisations in planning and coordinating the transition of the three existing Community Equipment Schemes and services to a single state-wide service model and aligning the non government funded providers to TasEquip through the reform process.
• Demonstrate high level allied health management and clinical experience and expertise
• Have proven leadership and management capability, with skills in strategic planning and change management
• Negotiate your job location within Tasmania
