During this webinar, participants heard about the latest research from Australia and North America on how hospitals can deliver better care. Three short presentations were provided by our guest presenters:

Ms Elissa Elvidge, University of Newcastle, discussed her work in measuring cultural safety for Aboriginal people in New South Wales. You can access the PowerPoint presentation here.
