The Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association (AHHA) and the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) brings you ‘Health is Wealth: Mobilise the workforce to unleash a healthy nation’ featuring Mark Britnell, international author, chairman and senior partner for the global health practice of the professional services firm KPMG.

This policy forum will examine the impact of health on the productivity of a nation, exploring how innovative healthcare workforce development and cross sector collaboration can improve the health and in turn prosperity of Australians. Throughout the day we will examine the benefits of reorienting the health system towards integrated, person centred workforce models that promote and enhance individual and national health outcomes.  In the words of The World Economic Forum ‘good health is the foundation on which to build—a life, a community, an economy’ (Hayden, 2014).

There will be a range of guest speakers who will be announced over the coming months, panel discussions to challenge your perspectives and opportunities to share your knowledge and network.
