Join us for an evening of networking while listening to an informative seminar.

Everyone says they know that privacy is important, but all of us have heard hair-raising stories of how ignorance, poor planning or simple misunderstandings have caused, or had the potential to cause, significant privacy and data breaches. This seminar will cover what you need to know about privacy, including your obligations of privacy, what constitutes a breach and the consequences of any breach.

The seminar will also examine medico-legal issues associated with telehealth including cross-border issues, health records management, credentialing, responsibility for technological limitations and varying duties of care.

The evening will wrap up with a brief update on current issues and changes in employment law.

Places are strictly limited, so do not delay in registering.

This seminar is presented with the support of DLA Piper.
