QTC’s Client Advisory Division is commercially driven, outcome focused and high performing. Our health advisory service, a key area within our Client Advisory Division works with Queensland Health to initiate and implement longer-term transformational and sustainability initiatives. Join us to help our clients shape new perspectives and undertake initiatives to transform their health service delivery and achieve better financial and patient outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver value to our clients to meet agreed project outcomes.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • excellent relationship management skills including the proven ability to develop partnerships with clients in understanding and improving their business outcomes
  • practical knowledge of health planning and service delivery
  • strong skills in negotiating and facilitating discussions in a variety of situations
  • excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose situations and develop creative solutions that enhance business results.
  • experience in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, optimising businesses
  • strong financial analysis and reporting writing skills.

You will be degree qualified in health-related discipline (eg, health science, nursing, health administration, health economics), finance, economics, business, accounting, law or relevant discipline and you will have a minimum of 4 + years’ experience working within health service or consulting, finance, consulting or relevant industry.
