Your new role

As an experienced manager, you will lead and manage our multidisciplinary allied health and nursing team providing high quality services in a range of chronic and complex care services, wellness and preventative health services. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Aged & Primary Care you will be responsible for:

  • Providing vision and strong leadership to the team
  • Strengthening key stakeholder partnerships and relationships 
  • Translating organisational goals into program area goals Promoting an integrated and client centered approach to care 
  • Service development to meet community demand

This is a full time position and will based at our Bell Street site located in Coburg.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Has tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or Nursing 
  • Has management experience in multidisciplinary chronic care, allied health and/or allied health field Has experience in people management 
  • Is KPI driven and target focusedIs keen to drive change and innovation Is a problem solver and a fast thinker
  • Is committed to delivering quality services with a client centred approach

Successful applicants will be required to have a current National Police Check and, if relevant to the position, a Working With Children Check and full Drivers Licence. All candidates must have the right to work in Australia.
