Position Grade: Administrative Officer Level 2 (ADM20)

Salary: $51,656.78 to $53,477.82

Hours per Week: 16

Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries

Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, database software, email, electronic clinical and medical information systems, as well as the ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm

Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment.

Demonstrated experience in working in a fast paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to successfully prioritise varying workloads.

Demonstrated experience and commitment/willingness to work with patients/customers and their families/carers in a non-judgemental and sensitive approach.

Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service approach.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive issues in a professional and client focused manner.
