Job Description:

To provide high quality breast screening and assessment services as a member of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service BreastScreen Service multidisciplinary team, within the framework of the National Accreditation Standards, the National Policies of BreastScreen Australia and the Policies and Protocols of BreastScreen Queensland and Queensland Health.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in a clinical setting, preferably in a population health or women’s health area.

• Knowledge and support of the philosophy of BreastScreen Australia and specifically BreastScreen Queensland.

• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills together with advanced level of liaison, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills necessary to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.

• Ability to function effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Salary Range: 

Remuneration up to $182,464 p.a.
