Finance and Operations Manager

Gregory manages all financial and administration processes and procedures at the Australian Healthcare and Hospitals Association (AHHA). This includes the development and maintenance of accounts, accounting protocols, cash flow forecasting, budgets, financial management and reporting systems, day-to-day financial and business operations, facilities management, risk management and compliance, HR management systems and processes, oversight of AHHA’s IT management systems and processes, statutory, management and Board reporting, oversight of AHHA’s internal control and governance frameworks.

Gregory is CPA qualified, has a Business Degree from QUT, a Masters in Accounting from UNE and has completed a thesis through the University of Canberra on how individuals manage financial hardship. Gregory has worked predominantly in the NFP sector, including Lifeline and the Smith Family, but has also worked in the finance sector and at the Corporate Regulator – ASIC.
