Kevin’s journey in the aged care sector began with overseeing local-level aged care services. In this role, his focus was on managing the aged care workforce and ensuring consumers received high-quality care services. Subsequently, Kevin applied his expertise in a Victorian aged care peak body, serving as a Policy Officer. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in crafting submissions, formulating policies, and engaging in stakeholder consultations with various aged-care institutions, including unions, educational providers, and international organisations.
