AHHA provided the following submission to the Commonwealth Department of Health on the Draft Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC) Technical Guidelines. Recognising the fragmentation of new technology assessment and implementation, AHHA’s submission outlines the need for a new technology assessment approach that prioritises value-based health care to drive overall improvements in patient outcomes and cost efficiency.
