St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney commissioned AHHA to develop a three-year Environmental Sustainability Plan Towards Net Zero. The plan aligned with NSW Health’s environmental sustainability initiatives and needed to:
- Identify current environmental performance across energy, water, waste, and fleet
- Confirm priority domains for sustainability initiatives
- Develop a pathway toward net zero emissions, including a practical three-year roadmap and success measures.
