In this seminar, guest speakers from the National Health Service (NHS) share some lessons on their experiences building system-wide capabilities for value-based health care (VBHC) in the United Kingdom (UK). They discuss effective engagement between central teams and regional provider organisations, including approaches to using data and guidelines and to supporting locally connected pathway development. They finish by discussing the next evolution of the successful RightCare program.
