The Psychosocial Safety Best Practice Health Check is a consultative workshop process through which a Network consultant helps clients identify their psychosocial safety gaps and strengths and plan for best-practice.
Consistent with Safe Work Australia’s Code of Practice for managing psychosocial hazards at work, the Health Check equips organisational People and Safety leaders ensure they are taking measurable and effective steps to increasing psychosocial and psychological safety for their workplaces.
This can also be accompanied by:
The Psychosocial Safety Leadership Fundamentals session for Senior Executive Teams—a 90-minute face-to-face workshop for board and executives by the NPSN EAG Chair. The Psychosocial Safety Essentials course—an online session for HR, People & Culture and WHS leaders and staff.
