Value-Based Health Care Awards

Showcasing the leading work of health services, individuals and organisations seeking to transform the health system for VBHC

The VBHC Awards are designed to highlight the outstanding work of health services, individuals and systems in transforming healthcare for person-centred, outcome-focused, value-based health care.

Applications for the next iteration of the VBHC Awards will open late 2024 in the lead up to the VBHC Congress in March 2025.

Award categories

VBHC Equity Award

Awarded to a project that demonstrates results in reducing health inequities and improving outcomes for a priority population.

VBHC Transformation Award

Awarded to a project that demonstrates results in reducing health inequities and improving outcomes for a priority population.

VBHC Innovation Award

Awarded to a project that is significantly innovative. This could be in the start-up or early phases of development, or an established project demonstrating results.

VBHC poster showcase

Featuring more than 50 VBHC initiatives the VBHC poster showcase highlights practice examples of VBHC implementation across the system.
