Award categories
VBHC Equity Award
Awarded to a project that demonstrates results in reducing health inequities and improving outcomes for a priority population.
VBHC Transformation Award
Awarded to a project that demonstrates results in reducing health inequities and improving outcomes for a priority population.
VBHC Innovation Award
Awarded to a project that is significantly innovative. This could be in the start-up or early phases of development, or an established project demonstrating results.
VBHC poster showcase
Featuring more than 50 VBHC initiatives the VBHC poster showcase highlights practice examples of VBHC implementation across the system.
